Welcome to the Lavington Anglers Club

We’re a family-friendly fishing club that offers something for everyone!

Here at the Lavington Anglers Club, we host monthly fishing competitions, plus exciting annual events like:

· The Dartmouth Cup (2024 Team Event Winners)

· Hosting the highly anticipated Carp-a-Thon

· The annual Mallacoota flathead trip.

Our members also have exclusive access to two club-owned cabins, both in prime fishing locations!

· Mitta Mitta Cabin: Located on the Snowy Creek and complete with a newly renovated bathroom, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend by the water.

· Dora Dora Cabin: Located on the Upper Murray River! The proud home of the prestigious Bunyip Fishing Comp and a top choice during cod season.

Both cabins are available for members to hire year-round (except during competition weekends) for a small fee, giving you the perfect base for your next fishing adventure or getaway.

This fee is applicable for new members who are not current members of the club.

Family Membership shall cover a couple with members who are financially dependant upon them and who are undergoing full time study and who are 26 years of age or under.

Junior Members ten years of age but under 16 years.

Sub Junior: Under 10 years of age.

Cabins

Lavington Anglers Club are very privileged to own two cabins that are available for members to hire!

The Mitta Mitta cabin is located on the Snowy Ck, approximately 15km from Mitta Mitta and features a newly renovated bathroom, skylight, solar power, running water and flushing toilet.

The Dora Dora cabin, inaugural home to the Bunyip Fishing Comp, is located on the Upper Murray River at Talmalmo. This is a cod fishermans paradise and has produced some giant fish over the years!
